This policy explains what personal data we collect through hadiati.ae and our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us by email, book a discovery call, request a proposal, or start a project, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the details of your enquiry.
Chat widget. Our website assistant ("Hadi") collects the messages you send it and any contact details you choose to share, so we can respond to your enquiry.
Automatic data. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral source, through cookies and analytics tools. See our Cookie Policy for details and controls.
Client project data. When you engage us to build or manage systems, we may process data on your behalf as needed to deliver the work. That data belongs to you and is handled under our agreement with you.
2. Why we use it
We use personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide proposals
- Deliver, maintain, and support the services you engage us for
- Send service updates and, where you have agreed, occasional marketing about our services (you can opt out any time)
- Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
- Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations
We do not sell personal data.
3. Legal basis
We process data with your consent, to perform a contract with you, to meet legal obligations, or where we have a legitimate interest (such as securing our website and responding to enquiries) that does not override your rights.
4. Sharing
We share data only with:
- Service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, email, payment processing), under contracts that restrict their use of your data
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law
Some providers may be located outside the UAE. Where data leaves the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives adequate protection consistent with the PDPL.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: enquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact, client and contract records for as long as required by UAE law, and analytics data per the retention settings of our analytics tools.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to hello@hadiati.ae and we will respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular updates to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data proportionately to the risk.
8. Children
Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites and tools. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy does not cover them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
